Linkage analysis

Quick Hits.  Tab Dump.  Breakfast Links.  Brunch Links.  And now…Linkage analysis.  Items that deserve highlighting and that I would (1) read and (2) comment on comprehensively if I had more time.

  • The media takes yet another tiny-bit-different look at professionalism on Facebook.  I think it fits into my description of the “white coat burden.“
  • Students who signed the Wisconsin Covenant are doing well in school…but will the state be ready or able to fund their educational need?
  • Or…they could have just talked to us students to figure out that the FAFSA is intimidating.
  • If you don’t like the results, change the methods.  TV ratings version.  Fun fact — the creator of the Nielsen ratings system graduated from UW-Madison and captained the men’s tennis team while he was there.
  • NY campaign finance laws are there to be manipulated…if you’re already elected.
  • If you’re the Naked Cowboy, you actually have to follow those laws.
