Random Post & Test

So this is a ‘quickpress’ post. I’m not sure if that means anything until I publish it..but I’m giving it a whirl.

A football player with the University of Oregon was booted off the team due to a Facebook status update.  Furthering my point before that Facebook is reaching its boiling point. Did you know Facebook started as a vehicle for making fun of people and things? Here’s the founders first status update, ever:

I’m a little intoxicated, not gonna lie. So what if it’s not even 10 p.m. and it’s a Tuesday night? What? The Kirkland [dorm] facebook is open on my desktop and some of these people have pretty horrendous facebook pics. I almost want to put some of these faces next to pictures of farm animals and have people vote on which is more attractive. —9:48 pm

Anyway! Better news.

The US defeated Canada in Olympic hockey tonight! It was awesome!
